Where is the nearest Supermarket... ?
A fairly large Co-Op is located off Harbour Road towards the town
centre, within easy walking distance. It has its own free car park and is open
late into the evening.
There is a large Waitrose supermarket off the A3052 road (on the left) beyond
Sidford & Sidmouth - about 10 miles from our house. There is also a large
Tesco at Axminster – about 6 miles away.
Specialist Bakers, Butchers, Greengrocer’s etc. are located in the town
centre, an easy 10-minute walk away. There are also a couple of Banks here (Lloyds
etc.), a Post Office, Boots Chemist, Lloyds Dispensing Pharmacy & Woolworths
etc.
Sorry but we do not allow Cats or Dogs to stay in our holiday home. Mainly because Alayne is very allergic to dogs! However, small caged pets such as Rabbits and Guinea Pigs are very welcome. We supply an outdoor hutch with a cover.
