Our modern, spacious two-bedroom holiday home easily sleeps four adults with
a good quality put-you-up bed suitable for an extra child or small adult.
The accommodation comprises of:
- Entrance Hall with spacious hall
cupboard and pegs for your outdoor coats. An iron and ironing board are in
the cupboard as is a vacuum cleaner etc.
- A very well equipped Kitchen with full cooker
(gas hob, electric fan oven and grill) fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, kettle etc. Plus plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking
utensils. Loads of cupboard storage space and a small kitchen table. There
is also a small portable black & white TV/Radio in the Kitchen.
- A very comfortable, large Lounge/Diner with an
excellent, full-size 3-piece suite; large coffee table and 3 smaller tables;
stereo cabinet; bookcase; footstool; dining table and 4 chairs (2 more dining
chairs are upstairs in the bedrooms). Colour TV, DVD, Video and Stereo Hi-Fi
including a CD player. We have a large DVD film & video library and a
paperback library, but please bring your own CD's and music tapes.
- From the lounge, patio doors lead to:
- small, enclosed back Garden with a shed,
lawn and patio area - this catches plenty of sunshine. Patio table, chairs
and umbrella are provided.
- 4 steps up from the garden lead through the gate to the Private
Parking Space.
- Upstairs is a large, comfortable Double Bedroom
with an enormous fitted wardrobe with full length mirrors. Plenty of drawer
space on both sides of the bed together with table lamps for reading or enjoying
breakfast in bed! There is a hair dryer in the wardrobe. Colour TV and clock
radio/cassette player.
- A spacious Twin Bedroom with plenty of wardrobe
space and a large cupboard. There is a small chest-of-drawers between the
two beds. The put-you-up bed is in this room and can be used either here or
downstairs in the living room. We have provided a table lamp; clock radio/cassette
player; some children's books and story tapes and some Teddy Bears to keep
the kids company! There is the facility to watch videos in this room, but
there is no TV aerial.
- Full Family Bathroom suite complimented by a
Power Shower in the bath. Electric shaver point. Bathroom cabinet, plenty
of mirrors and places to hang your towels & dressing gowns.

The property has full gas central heating and it’s own private parking
space for one car (adjacent to the back garden).
We have tried hard to provide all the comforts of home that you rarely find
in other holiday accommodation (such as all sorts of videos, books, some toys
for the kids and plenty of clothes hangers!). There are two good quality feather
pillows per bed and plenty of blankets - please bring your own sheets, towels
and tea towels etc. We have recently bought 8 polyester pillows, for those of
you who are allergic to feathers. A full inventory is available upon request
at the time of booking.
Please note:
- For the comfort of all of our guests our holiday home is a Non-Smoking environment
- thank-you.
- In order to keep our prices to a minimum, we ask all of our guests
to clean the house before they leave. All cleaning equipment and solutions
are provided free of charge. We do visit the house ourselves during
the summer to check that all is in order.
- Babies and young children are very welcome but our holiday home is not
yet equipped with specialist baby equipment e.g. cot, high chair.
- Our holiday home is not suitable for dogs but small animals (e.g. Rabbits
and Guinea Pigs) are very welcome – an outdoor hutch is provided. No
other pets please.
